Terms & Conditions for Saadan Sports

  1. Order Confirmation & Payment
    • Work commences only after 50% advance payment and final mockup approval.
    • The remaining 50% payment is due after production completion, before shipping.
  2. Production Process
    • Customers receive regular updates at key stages: material procurement, production, quality check, and packing.
    • Delays due to design changes post-approval may impact timelines.
  3. Samples Policy
    • No free samples are provided. Customers must cover sample manufacturing + shipping costs.
    • Sample costs may be deducted from the final order invoice if bulk production proceeds.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    • Shipping timelines depend on destination and carrier. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.
    • Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Design Confidentiality
    • All designs/logos are kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.
  6. Cancellation & Refunds
    • No refunds for 50% advance payment once production begins.
    • Cancelled orders after production may incur additional charges.
  7. Returns & Defects
    • No returns for custom-made orders.
    • Defective items (verified by our QC team) will be repaired/replaced.
