- Order Confirmation & Payment
- Work commences only after 50% advance payment and final mockup approval.
- The remaining 50% payment is due after production completion, before shipping.
- Production Process
- Customers receive regular updates at key stages: material procurement, production, quality check, and packing.
- Delays due to design changes post-approval may impact timelines.
- Samples Policy
- No free samples are provided. Customers must cover sample manufacturing + shipping costs.
- Sample costs may be deducted from the final order invoice if bulk production proceeds.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines depend on destination and carrier. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.
- Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Design Confidentiality
- All designs/logos are kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.
- Cancellation & Refunds
- No refunds for 50% advance payment once production begins.
- Cancelled orders after production may incur additional charges.
- Returns & Defects
- No returns for custom-made orders.
- Defective items (verified by our QC team) will be repaired/replaced.
